  • Private Online Dashboard: your entire program on an easy to use, online learning and tracking platform.
  • Bi-weekly Guided Habits: learn a new healthy habit every two weeks over 1 year.
  • Daily Lessons, Workouts and Practices: work on your habits every day included with articles, videos, and tracking.
  • Private Facebook Support Group: share experiences, challenges, and ideas!
  • Complete Progress Tracking: measurements, weight, before/progress/after photos..
  • Unlimited Messaging: through the platform, e-mail, Facebook.
  • Monthly Coaching Calls: to review progress, challenges, and solutions.

Are you ready, willing and able to get started? You need to be committed to making this one of your top three priorities If you want to follow the workout programming, you'll need access to a gym or be willing to purchase some basic equipment.
